1. What is a Grievance?

A grievance is any dissatisfaction or concern raised by an investor regarding services provided by Prosperity Partners, including communication, execution of instructions, documentation, or other operational matters.

2. How to Submit Your Grievance

3. Acknowledgement & Resolution

Once your grievance is received:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 3 business days.
  • We aim to address and resolve all grievances within 21 calendar days from the date of receipt.

4. If You Are Not Satisfied With Our Resolution

If you feel that your grievance has not been resolved to your satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe, you have the option to escalate it to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

SEBI Complaint Redress System (SCORES)

SEBI provides a centralized online grievance redressal platform called SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) for investors to lodge and track complaints related to securities market participants, including intermediaries.


5. Other Options for Redressal

Depending on the nature of the grievance and applicable rules, you may also explore:

Stock Exchanges or Depositories: Many exchanges have their own investor grievance committees and resolution mechanisms.

Arbitration: Where permitted, disputes can be referred to arbitration under applicable laws and agreements.
